About the project

In the pristine northeast of Curaçao, within walking distance of Sint Joris Bay and a 15-minute drive from Willemstad, lies Hòfi Sint Joris. A unique and new development plan that is ideally suited for a combination of residential and recreational enjoyment.

Developments in the area of Sint Joris Bay will be phased and are based on 3 key concepts: Live, Relax & Play or Living, Tourism and Recreation.

The premise is that the three different sectors will blend together. The combination of housing, tourism and recreation will create harmony and balance in a well-kept, family- and child-friendly environment.

Housing

The sale of individual building lots and lots including new-build houses has started for sections C and D.

Tourism

The subdivision plan sets aside several areas for tourism development.

Recreation

Near hòfi sint joris, you can go hiking, mountain biking, surfing, kayaking and perform other sporting activities.
