Building Regulations

Correction

Hòfi Sint Joris has identified an inaccuracy in the information about the building regulations published on our website and included in a document provided to buyers. The information in the document provided differs in one respect from the provisions of the notarized deed of ownership. This discrepancy relates exclusively to lots smaller than 700 m².

We have corrected the information on our website and have updated the document provided to buyers. We emphasize that the provisions of the notarized deed of ownership prevail. In the event of any discrepancy between the document provided and the deed of ownership, the wording of the deed takes precedence.

We regret the confusion this may have caused and thank you for your understanding.
