Wintertuin Festival Brings Stories and Performing Arts to the Stage

On Saturday, September 19, Wintertuin Festival Curaçao 2026 takes place at Landhuis Vredenberg. While the Kids edition is primarily aimed at younger visitors, the festival offers a broader cultural program. Literature, storytelling and the performing arts take center stage, featuring both local and international artists.

A defining feature of Wintertuin is its multilingual program. Stories and performances are presented in Papiamentu, Dutch, English and Spanish. Curaçao Pride Week: Five Days Celebrating Pride

The events calendar continues with Curaçao Pride Week 2026, taking place from September 30 through October 4. The 14th edition of Curaçao Pride features a range of activities across five days, focusing on the LGBTQ+ community, visibility and inclusion.

This year’s theme is Make Waves. One of the highlights of the week is the Pride Parade, held in downtown Willemstad alongside a variety of other events and activities. Curaçao Pride has become an established part of the island’s annual events calendar.
