Within Hòfi Sint Joris, the development of Sahófi continues to take shape. The apartment project, which is being developed in two phases, has now become a visible part of the residential community. Phase 1 is nearing full completion, while construction of Phase 2 is well underway.

Sahófi comprises a total of 36 apartments. Phase 1 consists of 12 apartments, nine of which have now been completed and delivered. The remaining three apartments are scheduled for delivery in September, bringing Phase 1 to completion. Six of the 12 apartments are currently occupied. The other completed units are being offered for both long-term and short-term rental.

With the delivery of the first apartments, Sahófi has also entered its first phase of occupancy. The project is gradually transitioning from an active construction site into an established residential community within Hòfi Sint Joris.

Phase 2 Construction Underway

While Phase 1 moves toward completion, construction of Sahófi Phase 2 is progressing steadily. This phase comprises 24 apartments and is currently scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027. Nineteen of these apartments have already been sold, while two are currently under option, leaving five units available.

Progress at the construction site is also clearly visible. The ring beams have now been poured on the first three of the six buildings. The next major milestone will be the pouring of the first elevated floor slab. At the remaining buildings, the ground-floor walls have already been completed.

Over the coming months, construction will focus on advancing the buildings vertically. The elevated floor slabs will be poured sequentially, followed by the construction of the first-floor walls. As a result, the structure of Phase 2 will become increasingly visible within Hòfi Sint Joris.

From Development Plan to Residential Community

In a relatively short period of time, Sahófi has progressed from a development plan to a residential concept that is now occupied. The delivery of the first apartments marks an important milestone for the project. At the same time, the development of Phase 2 continues at a different pace, with construction progressing step by step toward the planned completion in 2027.

For the apartments that have already been sold, the legal transfer of the individual condominium titles is also currently underway. This is an important part of the finalization process for Phase 1.

The development of Sahófi provides a clear example of how different components of Hòfi Sint Joris are taking shape simultaneously. While the first residents have moved in and the initial apartments are being offered for rent, construction continues nearby on the next 24 units. Step by step, Sahófi is becoming an established part of the existing residential community at Hòfi Sint Joris.
